We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, cash (ZAR), and mobile payments. Corporate clients can request invoicing. Payment is typically required at time of booking for airport transfers and within 7 days for corporate accounts.
Yes, we provide child safety seats upon request at no additional charge. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat. We carry infant seats, convertible seats, and booster seats that meet South African safety standards.
We monitor all flight arrivals for airport transfers. If your flight is delayed, our driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. For international flights, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual arrival time. Please ensure your mobile number is provided for SMS updates.
Yes, you can cancel or modify bookings free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. For airport transfers, modifications can be made up to 4 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge. Please contact us via phone or WhatsApp for any changes.
